  • Review of loan documents for litigation.  The documents should include "originating lender documents", if the loan was purchased by another entity, and that entity is being represented.

Expert Witness Testimony

LFI Analytics offers Expert Witness services when circumstances dictate the need for such support.  LFI Analytics has been certified in CA State Courts and in the San Francisco Federal Court for expert witness testimony and has served in such capacity. 

 

For LFI Analytics to consider taking an Expert Witness role, all documents must be examined by LFI Analytics.  Documents to be examined include all loan documents, all Discovery documents, all court filings, Plaintiff and Defendent included, and all Depositions.  This allows for a complete picture of the transaction to be developed and opinions formed regarding the transaction.

 

LFI Analytics will not  take on an Expert Witness role unless we "believe" in the case. There must be reasonable belief that the client was harmed, and that reasonable cause to litigate exists.
